We offer telehealth psychiatric care for individuals across Oregon. Whether you are managing a longstanding condition or reaching out for the very first time, you will find compassionate, personalized care and a provider who genuinely takes the time to listen.
We provide compassionate psychiatric evaluation and medication management across a wide range of mental health conditions, from everyday struggles to complex, longstanding presentations.
Feeling low, empty, or unlike yourself can be exhausting. We help you understand what is driving those feelings and build a path toward feeling better.
Whether it is constant worry, panic, or intrusive thoughts that will not let up, you do not have to manage it alone. We will work together to bring relief.
Struggling with focus, organization, or follow-through at any age is real and treatable. We offer thorough evaluation and personalized medication management.
Past experiences can leave a lasting impact on how you feel day to day. We approach trauma with care, patience, and evidence-based treatment.
Managing mood episodes takes the right support and the right plan. We work closely with you to find stability and help you stay there.
Poor sleep affects everything, mood, focus, and overall wellbeing. We address the psychiatric factors behind chronic sleep difficulties.
Complex presentations like schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder deserve attentive, specialized care. We are experienced with even the most challenging cases.
Major changes, grief, loss, burnout, or simply feeling stuck can take a real toll. Sometimes you just need the right support to find your footing again.
We provide affirming, judgment-free psychiatric care for individuals navigating identity, gender, and the unique mental health challenges that can come with them.
Every relationship starts with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, not a rushed intake. We take the time to understand your full story before making any recommendations, because getting it right from the start matters.
Your input shapes the plan. We explain our thinking in plain language, welcome your questions, and adjust course based on what is actually working for you. You are never just along for the ride.
The goal is not just managing symptoms. We want to help you build a life that feels sustainable, and we stay invested in your progress well beyond the first appointment.
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner helping individuals of all ages find clarity, stability, and a renewed sense of direction. Whether you are navigating depression that has followed you for years, anxiety that keeps you up at night, ADHD that makes everyday life feel like an uphill battle, or something you are still trying to put into words. This is a place where you will be heard, taken seriously, and cared for with intention. My practice is built around you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis on a page.
My path to psychiatric practice was shaped by years of nursing in high-acuity clinical settings, where I developed a deep appreciation for how mental and physical health are connected. That experience gave me a foundation in assessing risk, recognizing complexity, and staying calm under pressure, qualities that translate directly into the care I provide today.
I completed my graduate training in psychiatric nursing at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and hold active licensure in both Oregon and Florida. My focus has always been outpatient psychiatry, where I have the opportunity to build real, ongoing relationships with the people I serve.
My practice centers on psychiatric evaluations and medication management for a wide range of conditions, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, psychosis, and co-occurring disorders. I have particular experience with complex and treatment-resistant presentations, working with patients who feel like they have tried everything without finding real relief.
Good psychiatric care is built on trust, honest communication, and a genuine commitment to long-term wellbeing. I take time to understand your full story before making any recommendations, and I stay involved as your needs evolve over time.
I believe you make better decisions about your own care when you actually understand what is happening and why. So I explain my thinking in plain terms, welcome your questions, and make sure your input shapes the plan. Sessions are collaborative and unhurried, not prescriptive.
When my patients need therapy or additional support, I make it a point to connect them with the right fit. Good psychiatric care does not happen in isolation, and I take that seriously.
We take time to understand who you are, what you are carrying, and what getting better actually looks like for you. Then we build a plan to get you there.
Every person who walks through our door comes with a different story. Here is how we show up for you.
Your first visit is a real conversation, not a checklist. We take a thorough look at your history, your current symptoms, what has been tried before, and what you are hoping for. Nothing gets skipped, and nothing gets rushed.
Finding the right medication is a process, not a one-time decision. We check in regularly, track how you are responding, and make thoughtful adjustments until we find what actually works for you and your life.
We work alongside your therapist, primary care provider, and anyone else on your care team. You should not have to manage different providers on your own. We stay connected so your care stays coordinated.
When things feel overwhelming, having a plan in place makes a real difference. We conduct thorough risk assessments and work with you to build a safety plan that is personal, practical, and always a priority.
We provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management across a wide range of conditions, including complex and treatment-resistant cases that have not responded to previous care.
We believe cost should never be the reason someone puts off getting help. We accept several major insurance plans and offer straightforward self-pay options so you can focus on what matters most, getting better.
Insurance is verified at the time of booking, making the process simple and transparent. There are no surprises when you arrive at your first appointment.
